John Lennon said that. He wasn’t one of the great philosophers but, with this one sentiment, he was spot on. Sometimes love starts in a flurry and fire of color and emotion such that everyone around takes note. Sometimes, however, it takes more time and grows with a constant watering that only shows small promise of a bloom. Anyone that has cultivated or grown a flower or plant knows that it is this patient and loving tending that results in the lifetime of beauty, not a rushed or “quick” watering. These two have been “growing” and “tending” their love for many years now, and like a beloved plant or flower, their love is showing bloom. They met when they were only teens and he lived several states away. Over distance and time, they became better friends and eventually a couple and now, husband and wife. I LOVED being involved in Kayla + Caleb’s story for this day and I can honestly say it was a joy to be their storyteller! Enjoy their story and the photos of their beautiful wedding day at Longaberger Golf Club!
